HOW WILL COACHING HAPPEN?

Sessions will take place over the phone or video call. Face to Face in East Kent, Canterbury or London dependant on location and may be subject to travel expenses.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COACHING?

Payment accepted via BACS or cheque. Payment to be received before the first session of your chosen package.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes. If you are a student, in receipt of benefits or working for a charity I will offer a discount of 10%. Please be prepared to provide proof.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?

Coaching is in no way to be understood as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching enables you to look and focus on your next steps. Coaching shifts the responsibility on to you, as a result, coaching results are not guaranteed, although I will equip, challenge and empower you. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.

WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE MY SESSION?

Rescheduling or cancellations of appointments should be indicated at least 24 hours before the planned date, emergencies excepted. There will be a late cancellation fee of 100% of the session rate for cancellations given with less than 24-hour notice.

HOW LONG DOES MY PACKAGE LAST FOR?

Your sessions are valid one year from purchase date.

WHAT IF I REACH MY GOAL BEFORE MY SESSIONS FINISH?

No problem. You will receive a refund for your unused sessions.
